ALLLAND Boiler Steel Pipe Supply
Welcome to ALLLAND. Our ASTM A53 Grade B steel pipes are widely used in the oil and gas transportation, water supply and drainage systems, structural engineering, and industrial piping sectors. Our product range includes seamless and electric resistance welded (ERW) steel pipes, with sizes ranging from 1/8“ to 26” and available in various wall thicknesses (Schedule 10, 40, 80, etc.) to meet diverse pressure and engineering requirements. ASTM A53 Grade B is a medium-strength carbon steel pipe that offers higher tensile strength and load-bearing capacity compared to Grade A, making it one of the most widely used steel grades in current engineering projects.
Alllandsteel is a steel pipe manufacturer based in China with 25 years of experience.
The facility spans 22,000 square meters, represents a RMB 700 million investment, and operates four production lines (JCOE, ERW, SMLS, SSAW) alongside five coating lines.
With an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons, the factory covers specifications ranging from Ø406 to Ø1524 and holds multiple international certifications (API/ASTM/EN/ISO/JIS). Focused on steel pipes, creating value for you!

ASTM A53 Grade B is the most commonly used grade in the standard specifications for black and galvanized steel pipes (welded or seamless) established by ASTM International. ASTM A53 is divided into Grade A and Grade B. Grade B offers higher strength and is widely used in oil and gas transmission, water supply systems, mechanical structures, and general engineering applications.

To ensure that Grade B meets the standards for mechanical properties, dimensions, surface quality, and other requirements specified in ASTM A53, steel pipes undergo a series of tests. The following are the primary test requirements.
1. Tensile Test
The purpose of this test is to determine the tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation of the steel pipe. The tensile strength of the steel pipe shall be no less than 415 MPa, and the yield strength shall be no less than 240 MPa.
2. Bend Test
The purpose is to test the steel pipe’s ductility and weld quality. The pipe is bent to a specified angle to check for cracks or delamination.
3. Hydrostatic Test
Each steel pipe must pass a hydrostatic test to ensure there are no leaks.
4. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT)
This inspects welds and internal defects in the steel pipes and is mandatory for resistance-welded pipes (Type E) with NPS 2 and above.
Aolande possesses professional testing equipment and follows strict testing procedures. Every ASTM A53 Grade B steel pipe produced undergoes the above tests as required, ensuring consistent quality.
Equivalent standards are provided for reference only. The actual performance and chemical composition of steel pipes may vary under different international standards; the final selection should be based on project requirements and technical specifications.
