At ALLLAND, quality control begins with raw material inspection and continues throughout every stage of production. From steel plate verification and forming to welding, coating, dimensional inspection, and final testing, every process follows documented quality procedures to ensure consistent product performance and full traceability.
Each production batch is recorded through our quality management system, allowing complete traceability from raw materials to finished products. Mill Test Certificates (MTC) and inspection reports are available upon request.
Every steel pipe is inspected according to the applicable product standard and customer requirements. Depending on the specification, the following inspections can be provided.
Every pipe is measured before shipment to ensure compliance with API, ASTM, EN and other applicable standards.
Hydrostatic testing is performed according to the applicable standards.
