Welcome to ALLLAND Steel Pipe Co., Ltd.

ALLLAND Boiler Steel Pipe Supply

EN Standards

Welcome to ALLLAND Steel Pipe Factory, where we hold EN standard certification. In the steel pipe manufacturing industry, ALLLAND consistently adheres to the complete process from raw material control to finished product inspection, following EN standards to provide comprehensive procedures and certificates, ensuring product compliance. EN represents widely adopted standards across Europe. We manufacture pipes compliant with EN 10219, EN 10210, EN 39, and other specifications. Our products serve applications in building structures, engineering projects, scaffolding, and the machinery manufacturing industry.

Alllandsteel is a steel pipe manufacturer based in China with 25 years of experience. The facility spans 22,000 square meters, represents a RMB 700 million investment, and operates four production lines (JCOE, ERW, SMLS, SSAW) alongside five coating lines. With an annual production capacity of 250,000 tons, the factory covers specifications ranging from Ø406 to Ø1524 and holds multiple international certifications (API/ASTM/EN/ISO/JIS). Focused on steel pipes, creating value for you!

EN standards, formally known as European Standards, are developed and published by the European Committee for Standardization and applied across European countries. For steel pipes, EN standards specify material composition, production processes, dimensional tolerances, mechanical properties, and inspection methods. This ensures consistency, traceability, and safety in steel pipe manufacturing.

Common EN standards include: EN 10219 (cold-formed structural steel tubes), EN 10210 (hot-formed structural steel tubes), and EN 39 (scaffolding tubes). EN standards also serve as the entry ticket to the European market; only steel tubes certified under EN can legally enter the European market. Furthermore, EN certification signifies the comprehensive production capabilities, quality management systems, and technical expertise of steel tube manufacturers.

EN Common Standards

The introduction of EN standards has standardized pipe production and usage across the entire market, playing a crucial role throughout the steel pipe industry.

EN 10219

EN 10219

EN 10210

EN 10217

EN 39

EN 10210

EN 10219

EN 10219 is one of the most commonly used standards in Europe, typically specifying structural tubes for European applications, including building structures, bridges, factories, and other load-bearing pipelines. EN 10219 covers cold-formed welded tubes manufactured from hot-rolled strip through cold forming. It offers advantages such as high production efficiency and excellent appearance.

EN 10210

EN 10210 covers hot-formed structural welded pipes. These pipes exhibit uniform mechanical properties and excellent low-temperature toughness, making them suitable for projects with demanding performance requirements.

EN 39

The European standard for scaffolding, primarily used as support structures in construction projects. It specifies requirements for pipe outer diameter, wall thickness, tolerances, mechanical properties, and surface quality.

EN Standard Requirements

Process Requirements of EN Standards

To ensure product consistency and quality, EN standards also specify process requirements aimed at guaranteeing the structural stability and safety of steel pipes. The following outlines the EN standard processes in relation to environmental characteristics.

What Tests Are Mandatory Under EN Standards?

Chemical composition analysis
Tensile testing
Impact testing (for certain steel grades or projects)
Non-destructive testing (UT/ET)
Factory dimensional and visual inspection

Primary Markets for EN Standards

EN standards are primarily used in European markets, including the EU and neighboring countries. However, many multinational projects also adopt EN standards as a reference. These standards are also widely accepted in projects across the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
