3LPE (Three-Layer Polyethylene) steel pipe provides a high-performance external protection system for buried and submarine pipelines. The coating combines fusion-bonded epoxy (FBE), adhesive polymer, and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) into a tough, uniform layer that resists corrosion, impact, and moisture penetration in aggressive environments such as saline soils and marine conditions.
With a service life of over 50 years, 3LPE steel pipes are widely used in oil & gas transmission, water distribution, and industrial pipeline networks. Each pipe is processed under strict surface preparation and coating control, tested according to ISO 21809-1, DIN 30670, and CSA Z245.21 to ensure long-term adhesion, mechanical strength, and coating consistency.

The 3LPE coating process includes surface preparation, FBE primer application, adhesive bonding, and HDPE extrusion—ensuring uniform thickness, strong adhesion, and long-term corrosion protection.
3LPE coated steel pipes are designed for long-term corrosion protection in demanding onshore and offshore pipeline projects. Their triple-layer coating system provides outstanding durability, chemical resistance, and insulation performance across a wide range of operating environments.
3LPE coated pipes are carefully handled and packaged to prevent coating damage during loading, transport, and unloading. Protective end caps, soft spacers, and wrapping films are used to maintain surface integrity and avoid abrasion.
