Ringlock Scaffolding is a modular scaffolding system designed for large-scale projects with significant weight-bearing requirements. Each module connects via wedge-lock pins, forming a complete, continuous, and stable structure. The core structure of Ringlock Scaffolding typically consists of Standard, Ledger, Diagonal Brace, Base Jack, and Steel Plank components. These elements provide Ringlock Scaffolding with high load-bearing capacity, strong structural stability, and excellent lateral resistance. Ringlock Scaffolding generally utilizes carbon steel tubing, which offers fast production processing, high hardness, and excellent perforation properties, making it the optimal material choice for scaffolding systems. Below is a detailed introduction to Ringlock Scaffolding, along with the advantages of our company’s steel pipes and modular products.
O.D.:
48.3 mm / 60.3 mm
W.T.:
2.75 mm – 4.0 mm
Length:
0.5 m – 3.0 m
Material::
Q235/ Q345/S235/ S355
Standard::
0.5 m – 3.0 m, primarily for load-bearing, forming the main framework of the entire system.
Ledger:
0.6 m – 2.4 m, used to connect two uprights.
Diagonal.
Diagonal Brace:
0.6 m – 2.4 m, forming diagonal support rods for the triangular structure.
Surface:
Black Steel, Painted, Pre-Galvanized, Hot Dip Galvanized
Primary load-bearing components responsible for supporting structural and construction loads. With disc joints welded to the upright poles, multiple ledgers and diagonals can be connected via a single disc joint, ensuring scaffold stability.
Connects two uprights to form a horizontal support, secured with wedge pins. Adjustable length provides flexibility. The horizontal support ensures overall structural levelness.
Diagonally supports between ledgers and uprights, forming stable triangular spaces. Effectively increases system rigidity, resists lateral forces, and ensures stable construction in swaying environments.
Mounted at the base of the upright pole to adjust the scaffolding’s balance. Its wide base plate also distributes load, adapting to uneven ground.
A platform for construction personnel, capable of bearing both personnel and construction loads. The surface of this plank requires anti-slip treatment to ensure safety during elevated work.
Construction Engineering
One of the most common application areas for Ringlock Scaffolding, with typical load-bearing capacity and erection parameters as follows:
Upright spacing: 1.5 m – 2.4 m
Working platform load capacity: 2.0 – 5.0 kN/m²
Maximum construction height: Can exceed 100 m
Bridge Engineering
Ringlock Scaffolding is primarily used for bridge formwork support during construction and for subsequent bridge maintenance. Given the high load-bearing requirements for bridges:
Steel tube outer diameter: 48.3 mm
Wall thickness: 3.2 mm – 4.0 mm
This configuration maximizes safety assurance.
Tunnel Engineering
Primarily used for stacking construction materials and installing equipment during tunnel construction, as well as for subsequent equipment maintenance. The scaffolding must feature flexible installation, compact equipment, and rapid deployment capabilities.
