Frame Scaffolding is a construction scaffolding product fabricated from carbon steel pipes. This prefabricated, modular scaffolding system features a portal frame structure enabling rapid assembly and is widely used in the construction industry. Its primary components are circular welded pipes manufactured using high-frequency resistance welding. Steel Preparation–Pipe Forming (ERW)–Pipe Cutting–Pipe Bending–Gantry Welding–Surface Treatment–Inspection.

1. Ensure material chemical composition meets requirements; steel surfaces must be free of severe defects like cracks or porosity.
2. Steel strip cut edges must be flush, with final dimensions matching the pipe’s outer diameter.
3. After welding, pipes require multiple roller passes for sizing and straightening. Severe pipe bending may compromise subsequent welding.
4. During cutting, monitor cutting pressure to prevent excessive force from distorting the pipe diameter.
5. Prior to anti-corrosion treatment, thorough degreasing, rust removal, and surface cleaning are mandatory.
