Description

Pre-galvanized steel pipe is manufactured from hot-dip galvanized steel coils through a continuous ERW forming and welding process. The steel strip—such as DX51D grade under EN 10346—is slitted, roll-formed, and welded into a tube, with the weld seam zinc-sprayed for additional corrosion protection. This results in a bright, uniform surface both inside and outside the pipe.
