Alland Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise located in Cangzhou, Hebei Province — the “Pipeline Equipment Capital” of China. Specializing in the R&D and production of large-diameter, thick-wall LSAW pipes and advanced coating systems (3LPE, FBE, 3LPP), the company covers an area of 220,000 m² with a total investment of RMB 700 million, operating 2 JCOE lines and 5 coating lines. Our annual capacity exceeds 250,000 tons of premium steel pipes.

We adopt internationally advanced JCOE/UOE forming technology and a full-process intelligent control system, producing pipes from Ø406 mm to Ø1524 mm with wall thickness up to 60 mm and weld accuracy of ±0.6 mm.

All products conform to API 5L, ASTM, EN, ISO, and JIS standards, supported by our proprietary Five-Dimensional Quality System. Weld inspection accuracy reaches 98.7%, and tensile strength exceeds 650 MPa, ensuring stable performance even under extreme conditions.

Each pipe has a unique digital identity (UID) through our ERP–MES integrated system, enabling full lifecycle traceability and compliance with EN10204.

Smart manufacturing and automation ensure 100% material tracking and production consistency meeting military-grade standards.

We develop corrosion-resistant systems such as 3PE + dual-protection coating, extending pipeline life to 50 years.

Our R&D center and testing labs employ solar power, zero-wastewater discharge, and ESG-based efficiency programs.

We have supplied pipes to 30+ countries, partnering with CNPC, Sinopec, CNOOC, Aramco, Petrobras, and other Fortune Global 500 enterprises.

Each steel pipe is produced through a rigorous and traceable manufacturing process — starting from plate inspection, cutting, and edge milling, followed by precise forming, welding, testing, and coating operations. Every stage is executed under strict quality control and digital tracking to ensure mechanical strength, dimensional accuracy, and long-term reliability before final delivery.
