Description

Production tubing is the pipe string that carries hydrocarbons to surface inside the production casing. As the final in-well barrier, tubing integrity is critical to prevent fluid release to the environment. It must sustain its own weight, any attached downhole equipment, and dynamic loads during production, requiring adequate tensile and pressure performance.

Joints are decisive to leak-tight reliability. We supply standard EUE (higher joint strength) and NUE, plus premium gas-tight connections for high-pressure gas wells. Each joint is hydrostatically tested and examined by UT/MT/EMI with dimensional and thread gauging; lengths R1/R2 are delivered field-ready with couplings installed and plastic thread protectors.

Packing & Transportation
