Description

Seamless steel pipe is manufactured without any welding seam, delivering consistent strength and superior integrity under pressure. It is produced by hot-rolling or cold-drawing solid billets, then heat-treated to achieve a smooth internal surface and precise dimensional control. These pipes perform exceptionally in high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive environments across energy, petrochemical, and structural sectors.

All seamless steel pipes are supplied according to ASTM and EN standards, including A106, A333, A335, and A312. Material options include carbon, alloy, and stainless steel grades to suit oil & gas, boiler, and mechanical systems. Each seamless steel pipe undergoes hydrostatic, ultrasonic, and dimensional testing to ensure flawless quality and full traceability with EN 10204 3.1 certification.

  • High strength and toughness in seamless steel pipe structure — no weld seam defects.
  • Excellent resistance to pressure, temperature, and corrosion.
  • Dimensional precision and clean bore for stable flow in critical systems.
  • Comprehensive inspection: hydrostatic, UT, MT, and PMI testing.
  • Reliable seamless steel pipe supply for global engineering projects.

Specifications Sheet

Stainless Steel Pipe Specifications Table

Main Applications

Stainless steel pipes provide cleanability, corrosion resistance, and high-temperature capability across diverse industries. With austenitic grades (304/316) and duplex options (e.g., 2205), they are used where hygiene, durability, and long service life are essential in food, pharma, chemical, water, marine, and architectural environments.

Food & Beverage Processing

Hygienic piping for dairies, breweries, and beverage lines; polished finishes support clean-in-place (CIP) and sanitation.

Pharmaceutical & Biotech

Cleanable, low-contamination transport for purified water, WFI loops, and process lines with passivated/polished surfaces.

Chemical & Petrochemical

Corrosion-resistant conveyance for acids, solvents, and process media; grade selection (304/316/duplex) per chemistry.

Desalination & Water Treatment

Reliable performance in chlorinated and saline environments; 316L/duplex options for elevated chloride resistance.

HVAC, Heat Exchangers & Architecture

High-temperature service for heat transfer and flue systems; attractive, durable finishes for architectural use.

Advantages

  • Corrosion Portfolio: Austenitic and duplex grades cover chemicals, water, and marine exposure (grade-dependent).
  • Hygienic Surfaces: Annealed & pickled or polished finishes for sanitary processes and easy cleaning.
  • Temperature Capability: Suitable for elevated-temperature service and thermal cycling (by grade).
  • Dimensional Accuracy: Clean internal finish and tight tolerances support stable flow and easy fabrication.
  • Flexible Supply: Seamless for maximum integrity; welded (ERW/TIG) for cost efficiency and fast lead times.

Packing & Transportation

Pipes are protected from contamination and surface damage from mill to site using capped ends, surface wrapping, and export-grade crating.

  • End Protection & Wrapping: Plastic caps, PE film or woven sleeves; interleaves to prevent scratching.
  • Pallets / Wooden Crates: Bundled with straps and edge guards; anti-rust paper and desiccants for sea freight.
  • Containerization: Standard 6 m lengths packed for 20′/40′ HC as applicable; longer or heavy lots via breakbulk.
